B-F Cube technology

The core of the mold rotates in 90 steps, allowing multiple production steps to be performed simultaneously. The
high variability of this process provides higher manufacturing performance with significantly shorter cycle times.

B-F Double Cube Technology

The innovative B-F double cube system combines two simultaneous anti-rotating cubes between the two halves of the mold. In principle,
two independent molds are run in one machine. The simultaneous working process is carried out in 90 steps on three parting lines. A purpose-developed drive and coordination mechanism allows the two cubes to be opened and closed in a very narrow space. As an option, a second
injection unit can ride on the clamping unit. The flexible machine adaptation on the injection side completes the production options.
